The 2020 Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo is taking place in Phoenix, Arizona April 18-21, and the Association needs your help to build an education program that takes the profession to new heights!
Please consider volunteering to be a reviewer of program proposals. All potential reviewers must be current NIRSA members, have broad knowledge and experience in the field, and be familiar with the NIRSA Core Competency framework. Program reviewers are asked to review, score, and provide constructive feedback to presenters.
For those volunteering to be preconference or general interest program reviewers, reviewers will need to be available to review approximately 20-40 general interest education sessions between July 22-August 2. Additional reviewing opportunities will be available in the fall for other types of program sessions.
While the amount of time it takes to review sessions varies from person to person, volunteers typically can expect around a five to eight-hour time commitment for general education program sessions. If you’re interested in reviewing program proposals, please review the information on the NIRSA 2020 volunteer webpage and submit the 2020 NIRSA Annual Conference Proposal Reviewer Interest Form by Friday, June 7.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and for your contributions to the success of the 2020 NIRSA Annual Conference!
