Kick off the 2019 health and wellbeing revolution with a march through the Campus Rec and Wellness Expo! Immerse yourself in an experience where you’ll be presented with new and innovative products and services that help define and drive the collegiate recreation industry. With over 150 exhibitors, the Campus Rec and Wellness Expo is your all-access pass to the latest cutting-edge ideas!
The Grand Opening takes place at 5:00pm on Saturday, February 16 and the Expo will remain open until 8:00pm that evening in the Hynes Convention Center on Level 2. The evening will feature appetizers, free giveaways, an assortment of Fitness Forum classes, and the popular NIRSA Hoop Shoot contest.
We encourage everyone to visit the Expo Hall and have some fun—there’s something for everyone! Attendees may choose to participate in a vigorous workout with F45 in Booth 102 or relax with one of the massage vendors. The Fitness Forum features high-intensity workouts as well as yoga, so check out the schedule to figure out where you want to start.
Before making your way out of the hall, please be sure to stop by the NIRSA Booth where you can pick up your choice of a warm stadium scarf or a knit beanie as well as enter to win one of the hourly drawings.
New this year, the Early Morning Workout will also be host to the Mark Fletcher Urban Circuit! There will be plenty of places to work out in the hall even if you didn’t register to participate in one of the Urban Circuit events, so plan to get up early and join us beginning at 7:00am on Sunday, February 17!
The fun gets a boost at 9:00am when coffee stations will be positioned throughout the hall so attendees can grab a rejuvenating cup of coffee or tea. And as you make your way around the Expo Hall, make sure to stop by concessions to spend the food vouchers available at Registration.
Also, don’t forget to grab your T-shirts and join the frenzy for the annual T-shirt Exchange, sponsored by College Promo! The T-shirt Exchange will run from noon until 12:45pm in the back of the hall at the end of Row 200.
The 2019 Campus Rec and Wellness Expo truly has something for everyone—don’t miss out on some fantastic events and incredible vendors. This year’s Expo is going to help get your health and wellbeing revolution off to the right start! We hope to see you there!
