On Wednesday, April 11 at 12:00pm Eastern Time, NIRSA will be hosting a “2017 NIRSA Financial Year in Review” webinar. Save the date on your calendar and plan to join me—NIRSA’s Senior Director of Finance, NIRSA Finance Committee Chair & NIRSA President Designee Ken Morton, NIRSA Foundation Finance Committee Chair Greg Jordan, NSC President David Bowles, and NIRSA Executive Director Pam Watts, CAE as we present the annual overview of NIRSA’s financial position.
In prior years, this end-of-year overview was presented during an educational session at the NIRSA Annual Conference. However, last year this presentation was made via webinar for the first time and resulted in a considerably larger attending audience. So, NIRSA will again be hosting this financial overview webinar for members online.
When you register for this webinar you will be sent a confirmation email with an online link and an option to dial-in by phone if you cannot access the webinar via the internet. You will also be able to add the event to your calendar from the confirmation email.
We will use the hour to review the 2017 operating budget results and reserve accounts as well as 2018 goals. We’ll also review how revenue and expense flows between the three entities—NIRSA, the NIRSA Foundation, and the NIRSA Services Corporation. This overview will be helpful for anyone looking to volunteer in a leadership position on the NIRSA Board of Directors over the coming years.
