With the 2018 NIRSA Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo quickly approaching, the Conference Program Committee invites you to volunteer to become a session host. A session host, formally known as a session monitor, serves as a host for an educational session. Session hosts welcome attendees into the room, introduce the presenter(s), and assist attendees in using and completing evaluations through the Guidebook application. Session hosts play a critical role in ensuring a smooth conference and serve as a way to get involved and volunteer at NIRSA 2018!

If you’re interested in serving as a session host, please visit the volunteer section of the NIRSA 2018 website to sign up today! You can review the various educational sessions offered and sign up for one that interests you. You’ll be asked to check in to the NIRSA Education Table at least 15 minutes prior to your session. You’ll be contacted at a date closer to the conference with further instructions about your volunteer role.

Conference volunteers receive a volunteer ribbon to wear proudly with their NIRSA name badge. Volunteer today to receive your volunteer ribbon. Thank you for volunteering and making a positive impact on our Association and the 2018 NIRSA Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo!
