The NIRSA Research & Assessment Award recognizes members who have made incredible contributions towards advancing collegiate recreation research and assessment initiatives on their campuses as well as for the Association. Recognize deserving members of your campus communities for their efforts and submit a nomination today.
The nomination period for this year’s award will close on November 15. Nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Professional member status in good standing for at least two years
- Nominee serves as a role model on their campus
- Nominee must not have received the award in the preceding two years
- Nomination must be made by a current student or professional member
The selected recipient or recipients will be recognized at the 2017 NIRSA Annual Conference & Expo taking place in National Harbor, Maryland from February 21-24. This award not only recognizes the efforts made by our members to advance research practices but it also brings their work to a national stage where it has the potential to impact the rest of the Association. Please consider recognizing a colleague today by submitting a nomination!
