Don’t miss any of the action at the 2015 NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo in Grapevine, Texas from March 30–April 2! All 2015 Annual Conference events and festivities—except Facility Tours, the NIRSA Foundation Golf Tournament, and the annual Community Service Project—are taking place at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, and NIRSA has reserved the overwhelming majority of sleeping rooms there for conference attendees.
Once you register to attend NIRSA 2015, you’ll be sent a conference registration confirmation email containing a website link that you can use to make hotel reservations within the group block. NIRSA’s group block holds more rooms than ever before, but spaces are still limited and we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to reserve a room if you wait too long!
The room rates are $199+tax/night for single through triple occupancy and $219+tax/night for quad occupancy. You will need a valid credit card to secure your hotel reservation.
