In preparation for future product and service enhancements, the NIRSA website, as well as NIRSA’s database services, will have limited accessibility at the end of July. We expect to be fully back online by Friday, August 1.
NIRSA Headquarters will be upgrading its association management software, iMIS, to a new version (from 15.2 to 20.1, for those of you interested in the nitty gritty). The upgrade, implemented by our database vendor ATS, will take as little as two hours, but may need as much as two days for full testing and integration.
During this downtime, it will not be possible to login to most NIRSA online services, including discussion boards, profile software, and e-commerce software.
In addition, staff at NIRSA HQ in Corvallis will not be able to access your information; however we will be able to take notes and enter them into the system later.
After the upgrade, our e-commerce software will have an added measure of security: requiring correct credit card names and verification codes.
This upgrade will also help us expand additional functionality to the NIRSA website in coming months, so stay tuned!
During this downtime, NIRSA HQ email servers and telephones will still be operational, so please contact us if you need assistance. And be sure to follow us on Twitter (@NIRSAlive) for updates!
