The Collegiate Marketing Institute only comes around once every two years, and 2014 promises to take this inspiring and innovative institute to the next level—NIRSA and our partners at ACUI will collaborate for one incredible marketing event!

The 2014 Institute will take place in sunny Orlando at the Rosen Centre Hotel November 5-7, and registration is now open!

Don’t delay; early bird registration closes October 1.

Encouraged to attend are marketing directors; marketing professionals both entry-level and experienced; programming professionals looking for the best ways to publicize their programs; students interested in a career in marketing non-profit recreation, sports, and fitness services; and others interested in the world of marketing.

The 2014 NIRSA/ACUI Collegiate Marketing Institute is a can’t-miss event!

Whether you’re new to marketing, new to this institute, or a veteran of both, this event is not to be missed! This year’s partnership with ACUI will allow for more session offerings, a greater diversity of topics, and an expanded network of experiences and backgrounds to engage with.

Looking for even further incentive? Gary Tisdale, Assistant Director of Marketing, Recreational Sports and Services at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale said, after the 2012 Marketing Institute, “After being in marketing for Recreational Sports and Services for almost 20 years, this conference is more informative and educational than any other conference I have attended over the past 10 years. I wish it were every year!”

What’s more, there’s still time to get involved and bring your perspective front and center at this event! Presentation proposals are now being accepted by both NIRSA and ACUI members interesting in presenting. The deadline to submit your proposal is August 15. Further information on the submission process, as well as a guide for effective proposals can be found on the Institute webpage.
