The 2015 NIRSA Annual Conference Program Committee invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the NIRSA 2015 Annual Conference & Rec Sports Expo, happening March 30-April 2, 2015 at the Gaylord Texan.

Additionally, new this year, the professional development and IT departments at NIRSA Headquarters are excited to offer a new online system for presentation submissions. This upgrade responds directly to member feedback and allows increased and improved accessibility and options for the submitter.

Don’t just come to conference—be a part of it! Submit a proposal by July 15!

Among the many advantages this system provides to members are an ability to print and clone presentations, an ability to save a submission and come back to it later, an easier way for reviewers to rate proposals, and a more direct line of communication between reviewers and proposal submitters, especially when a proposal has been declined.

NIRSA members present the majority of educational sessions at Annual Conference and the strength of our association depends on members generously sharing their time and talents. If you have knowledge or experience that would benefit your colleagues, please consider submitting an educational session or micro session online proposal for NIRSA 2015.

Educational session, micro session, and roundtable proposals will be accepted through July 15. Preconference workshop proposals will be accepted through July 7. Proposals for poster presentations and fitness forums will be accepted through October 15.
