The NIRSA Research and Assessment Committee will award the second Research and Assessment Award to an exceptional researcher at the NIRSA Annual Conference in Nashville, Tennessee in April 2014.
Nominations for this prestigious accolade are due December 15, 2013!

Nominate a professional or graduate student for the NIRSA Research and Assessment Annual Award by December 15!
Nominate a professional or graduate student who has achieved great success in a research or assessment project and who is passionate about the advancement of the collegiate recreation profession. Individuals can be nominated for an award in any one of these three categories:
Graduate Student Research
This award recognizes a NIRSA member who is currently a graduate student and has made significant achievements in collegiate recreation research. It aims to highlight the promise and potential of collegiate recreation research initiatives through its emerging, talented researchers.
Assessment
This award recognizes a NIRSA member who has made extraordinary contributions toward advancing assessment initiatives on campus and/or for NIRSA. The award criteria is based on significant personal advocacy, development, or implementation of assessment efforts.
Excellence in Scholarship
This award recognizes NIRSA professional members for their success in advancing the goals of collegiate recreation through prevalent research initiatives.
