We are thrilled to announce the 20th Annual NIRSA Foundation Golf Tournament will be hosted at the Hermitage golf course, located just 20 minute from Tennessee’s Gaylord Opryland venue, site for the 2014 NIRSA Annual Conference.
The lush, picturesque course is also highly acclaimed, having been named both Golf Digest’s and PGA.com’s top public golf course in Tennessee and one of Golf for Women’s 50 best courses for women.
These accolades were put to the test by several members from our leadership groups during the recent NIRSA Summer Leadership Meetings, and all agree it will make for a memorable day!
Further registration information will be made available on the NIRSA website shortly. In the meantime take a moment to look back at the 2013 Foundation Golf Tournament results from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Whether or not you joined us in Vegas, we hope to see on you on the links in Nashville.
2013 NIRSA Foundation Golf Tournament sets a winning record in Vegas
Congratulations are due to everyone who participated and supported the 19th Annual NIRSA Foundation Golf Tournament this past March at the Paiute Resort course in Las Vegas, Nevada. Despite the windy conditions that existed on the course, everyone enjoyed the scramble format, contests, lunch and grand prize raffle drawing. However, that’s not to say that a number of balls weren’t lost in the Las Vegas desert!
Since 1994, tournament proceeds benefiting NIRSA students and professionals have reached over $100,000, making this one of the Foundation’s most successful and highly anticipated events. The 2013 tournament raised approximately $13,600. Through fundraising and stewardship efforts, in cooperation with the Association, the NIRSA Foundation strives to enhance the effectiveness of collegiate recreation by providing its members with meaningful opportunities for scholarship, research and professional development.
