PLAE Performance Next Level Training Program

This sports-inspired workout is based on proven scientific principles designed to develop all the components of athleticism. The 45-minute, total-body workout will include training protocols to improve speed, power, strength, lateral speed and agility (LSA), kinesthetic awareness, balance, and coordination. Train the way the pros do to burn fat, increase strength, and get fit fast!
