YogaFit for Injury Prevention

Research has shown that adding yoga to an athlete’s training regimen can promote wellness, enhance performance and longevity, and prevent injuries. This class will introduce yoga poses and practices that can be used as corrective and strengthening methods for injury prevention and recovery.
