Students

• Student premier* member: $90
• Student member: $110
• Student nonmember: $130

Professionals

• Professional premier* member: $175
• Professional member: $199
• Professional nonmember: $249

Associate

• Associate member: $375 (half of booth rate)
• Associate nonmember: $500

*Premier members hold an individual membership (student or professional) and are currently at a college/university that holds an institutional membership.

A $75 late registration fee will be added to registration 10 days prior to event start date.

Refund requests are processed according to the following time restrictions:

• Refund requests received on or before (date 6 weeks out) will receive a 100% refund, minus a $35 administrative processing fee
• Refund requests received on or between (date 6-2 weeks out) will receive a 50% refund
• Refunds cannot be granted for requests received on or after (date 2 weeks out) or for no-shows at the conference
