The newest version of NIRSA’s Campus Reaction Salary Report is now available! The results of the report were derived from compensation data submitted from over 800 full-time recreation professionals across 390 institutions. This latest report presents results in a new format which is intended to provide greater ease in interpretation and application.

Coinciding with the change in format is a change in how to access the report. The report will now be available for purchase in the NIRSA Store and will be discounted for all census participants who contributed their data from December 2017 to April 2019. It will also be discounted for anyone currently affiliated with a NIRSA member institution. Eligible participants at NIRSA member institutions will receive the report for free. All participating NIRSA professional members may still access their salary results via the on-demand benchmarking platform and are also eligible to purchase individualized benchmarking reports.

The Salary Census Report is, in part, made possible through contributions to the NIRSA Foundation. For questions regarding the NIRSA Foundation, please contact NIRSA Foundation Coordinator Kameron Carroll. For questions regarding NIRSA’s research operations, including the NIRSA Salary Census, please contact NIRSA Research Coordinator Ruben Guzman.
