Please take advantage of the opportunity to help make the 2017 NIRSA Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo an unqualified success! As a lot of you know, NIRSA’s Annual Conference is no small event. It takes not only full-time NIRSA Headquarters staff, but a lot of NIRSA member volunteers to pull off such a great professional development opportunity. Whatever your talents, we have a spot for you.

If you’re a people person who wants to see new faces and be one of the first to say hello to attendees, then volunteering at registration is definitely for you. Do you have a penchant for writing or feel like creating a short video about your NIRSA 2017 experience? If so, we could use your skills to help create the Annual Conference recap. The Campus Rec & Wellness Expo is always looking for help with the Hoop Shoot, passing out attendee bags, and other fun tasks. And some new and exciting volunteer opportunities are available with the NIRSA Foundation’s Mark Fletcher Potomac Plunge and Corporate Auction. If none of these options feel right, don’t worry—there are still more Foundation volunteer opportunities available.

Other than the satisfaction that you get from serving and meeting new people, you’ll also get a volunteer ribbon to illustrate your dedication and service. And just in case you’re new to NIRSA, ribbons are kind of a big deal in the Association.

Please check out all the opportunities available. Opportunities are first-come-first-served so don’t delay—make sure to apply soon. NIRSA is so grateful for your support—we couldn’t run this event without you!
