The NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo is the biggest event on NIRSA’s calendar. Every year, attendees attend fantastic educational sessions, listen to inspiring speakers, and network at a variety of great socials. For the 2016 Annual Conference, members are gathering together at the Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, FL from April 3–6 in support of “A Strong Core, A Bright Future.” And on Monday, April 4 from 8:30pm–12:30am, NIRSA is heading to I-Drive 360—Orlando’s newest entertainment destination—for the 2016 All Conference Social, sponsored by PLAE!

The Association is taking over the entire Terminal Building and courtyard for a fun-filled night of networking. With your badge, you will be admitted to the Orlando Eye—a 400-foot-tall observation wheel providing breath-taking views of Central Florida—for free. Also free is Madame Tussauds famous wax museum where you can get up close and personal with celebrity wax attractions—go ahead and take that selfie! Admission to the Sea Life Aquarium, which has more than 5,000 creatures including colorful fish, seahorses, turtles and sharks, is also free!

There will be a DJ, dancing, games, photo opportunities, and food—so much food! Your badge will also waive the cover charge at the nearby Cowgirls Rockbar—where you can ride Orlando’s only mechanical bull—and to Tin Roof, a live music joint that will be rocking all night long. Transportation is provided from the Gaylord Palms to the event and back throughout the evening. Just make sure to wear your badge!

Your NIRSA family will be waiting, so pack your bags and make your way to the Gaylord Palms to be part of the legendary fun!
