Thanks to generous support from donors to the NIRSA Foundation, the NIRSA Institutional Data Set is well on its way to transitioning to a new and improved platform hosted by Dynamic Benchmarking! Now through January 29, the platform is undergoing beta testing with the help of 35 diverse NIRSA institutional members. These members are providing valuable feedback to help fine tune the different data comparisons and reports, the types of data collected, and the overall user experience.

The new IDS platform will open for member data collection on February 22. At that time, members will be invited to log into the platform and begin entering their institutional data for the 2014-2015 academic year; full results capabilities will launch prior to the 2016 NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo. The strength of this invaluable tool’s benchmarking and assessment features relies on data collection from members like you!

We invite members to attend an introductory webinar with Dynamic Benchmarking on February 24 at 1:00pm EST to get started entering data and to learn more about the capabilities of the platform. We also invite you to attend the IDS educational session at the 2016 NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo taking place in Kissimmee, FL from April 3–6.

You can learn more about this exciting platform transition on the NIRSA website. Updates will be made available on the NIRSA Institutional Data Set webpage as we get closer to the launch date.
