The NIRSA Championship Series is dedicated to bringing individuals invested in collegiate recreation together through high-level competition. Students get to play against equally-skilled opponents, and the Series also provides NIRSA members with professional development opportunities. This is your chance to gain experience in tournament planning and coordinating, or officiating!

The Series strives to foster student development, is committed to the larger learning community, and emphasizes leadership and excellence. Whether you’re a student or campus rec professional, the Championship Series offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth. These opportunities are grounded in learning outcomes and ideals that are consistent with both NIRSA’s Mission and the NIRSA Championship Series Sportsmanship Statement.

There are a wide variety of staff positions available with the NIRSA Championship Series. You can read position descriptions and required qualifications on the NIRSA website.
