Topics may include strategies for managing budgets and resources, creative programming ideas, student staff development, facility operations, and fostering campus engagement.

Executive Orders and Impacts on Sports Participation

This session offers space to dialogue with your campus rec colleagues as the field navigates changes around the recent Executive Orders and impacts on Sport Participation. Share insights, ask questions and collaborate with peers regarding campus recreation programs, student-athletes, and sporting participants. Don’t miss this chance to engage in timely dialogue and gain valuable perspectives.

Renovate, Recreate, and Flourish

Data from NIRSA indicates that 56% of higher education institutions will be updating their recreation facilities in the next 5 years. While some campuses will build new facilities, renovation can be a successful path forward. This session will unite design leaders from CannonDesign to talk about the guiding principles that can make recreation renovation projects successful at all different scales.
