Do you have a mentor who’s inspired your interest in the field of collegiate recreation, and who continues to deepen your commitment to the students you serve? If so, are you looking for a way to say thank you?
Consider showing your appreciation—and celebrating your mentor’s commitment to developing the next generation of leaders—by nominating them for a 2015 Horace Moody Award.
Now is the time to show your mentor how much you value the impact they’ve made on your professional growth!

Every year, the Horace Moody Award is given to six NIRSA professional members—one from each of the six NIRSA regions—to recognize their contributions to student development. Recipients will be announced at the regional meetings held at the 2015 NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo, and during the Student Member Connection Meeting. The six award winners will receive an inscribed plaque at NIRSA 2015, and be recognized on the NIRSA website and in the NIRSA Know.
This opportunity to honor the outstanding professionals who have made significant contributions to student development within your community won’t last. Nominate your mentor for a Horace Moody Award by December 15!
