Webinars

The webinars are pre-recorded and so can be viewed at any time and on any computer. They are typically 20–30 minutes long, and are each delivered by an expert in the field of risk management.

When you purchase a webinar, your subscription will be active through August 31, 2015. NIRSA Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available to particpants upon completion. These webinars are excellent ways to get training and professional development without the inconvenience of having to travel.

NIRSA Institutional Members receive a 10-15% discount off the regular $60/webinar price. Institutions can receive an additional 50% discount, which means only paying $675, when they purchase all 28 webinars in the series.

The 28 webinars are broken down into seven unique series:

  • Series A: Negligence Awareness & Risk Management
  • Series B: Risk Management
  • Series C: Sport Clubs
  • Series D: Travel
  • Series E: Emergency Response Planning
  • Series F: Waivers
  • Series G: General

The online courses, which are each four weeks long, can also be viewed from any computer at any time during the course term, and are led by experts in the field. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with classmates from across the continent—sharing ideas, solving problems, and developing networks. NIRSA CEUs are earned upon successful completion of a course.
