Hardstyle Kettlebell

This particular session teaches the traditional way kettlebells were used by the Soviet Special Forces. It’s called the hardstyle method. This is not the only safe way to train with kettlebells, but it is the traditional way. Learn the duality of fire and flow. Be prepared to be challenged, mentally and physically. Kettlebells become dangerous when people use them without proper training. Learn the basics of proper hardstyle kettlebell training technique in this session. Translate that education into power endurance in a workout that will challenge even the fittest fitness enthusiasts!
