Registration for NIRSA 2015 is now open! Join your NIRSA family in the great state of Texas where they say everything is bigger—including the NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo. We can’t wait to see you at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine from March 30–April 2 as we continue to move our values forward.
While NIRSA Headquarters resolves issues related to the NIRSA website service interruption, to register for NIRSA 2015 you can either wait for the official NIRSA website to come back online or fill out the NIRSA 2015 Registration Form PDF and fax it to NIRSA Headquarters at 541-766-8284. We’ll send you a notification of receipt as soon as we can.

We’re even here to help in case you need assistance getting funds to attend the Annual Conference. We know your schedule is already packed with commitments enacting our Association’s values, and it can be tough to add even one more thing to the to-do list. So we want to provide you with resources that will facilitate the process of applying for funds: there are NIRSA-provided sample funding request letters for both student and professional members. Just fill in your personal information, expand where and if necessary, and submit your proposal with a lot less hassle!
Join dedicated professionals as they share best practices and new techniques to help you better serve your campus community. And make sure to attend the Recreational Sports Expo Grand Opening on Tuesday, March 31, immediately following the Annual Meeting of Members. The Expo is set to bring you hands-on interaction with the latest and greatest in fitness equipment, programming, and technologies!
We hope you’ll also consider joining us on March 30 for one of the great preconference opportunities the 2015 Conference Program Committee has managed to corral. Space is limited for several of the preconference trips, facility tours, and workshops, so register early to save your spot!
The Gaylord Texan is your all-in-one hotel and conference location. Once you register for NIRSA 2015, you will be emailed a link to book your room reservation at the NIRSA rates of $199+tax for single through triple occupancy, or $219+tax for quad occupancy. These rates includes free wi-fi, free access to the fitness center and pool, in-room beverages, and a daily newspaper.
The early bird registration deadline for NIRSA 2015 is February 18, 2015, so make sure to register before then for best pricing. It’s time to start gearing up for Grapevine!
